This online course is created especially for those who feel interested in exploring this possibility that we hear so much about, and for those who already practice Meditation and want to deepen.

Since I was a little girl I isolated myself, in Nature, I didn't know I was trying to meditate then ... but that's what I did ...! I would return from my solitary tours in the countryside in a state of Peace, Clarity, Radiance ... which then faded away, slowly as I returned to take care of school, homework, parents ... and the next day as I returned to the woods, it was always necessary some time to find that state of Grace ... now I would say, I had to cleanse my Body Mind system from the mental habits and energy setups that unfortunately still dominate the human plane keeping us anchored to patterns that lead us to lower our energy level and vibrational and to focus on problems, instead of cultivating the Space to "receive" the solutions ...

There is no greater gift than learning to Meditate!

I will explain it better during the course, but when, tired of the so-called "normal" way ... of operating and managing our RESOURCES, physical, (the body), Energetic (emotions and sensory and mental abilities) in in such an unconscious way, you will begin to realize that you do this practice ... for you, but also for those close to you !!! Because Harmony is something that passes, like every emotion we feel. Imagine what the World would be like if every Human Being were in equilibrium with himself \ herself?

How to best create a space?

Maybe you already have a dedicated space in your home, if not, start looking for a place you like, where of course you like to stay, if you can, start considering what objects there are, to choose if they are the ones indicated for the your place of Refill ... start putting there objects that you feel give you energy, Crystals, a Sacred image, a beautiful plant, a diffuser of Essential Oils, a Candle and everything that inspires you .... then start creating yourself the space to sit \ a, with cushions and a blanket. At this point your space is ready to welcome you !!

 

This course consists of 5 Meditation Practice meetings together and 5 videos of theoretical teachings and advice. It is important to follow the program ie theory and presentation 1 and then practice 1 and follow this order as you go. It will help you to enter more deeply into the practice of the day following the order of the various Meditations. When you have completed the course like this, you can then use the video that seems most suitable for what you are experiencing.

Welcome to our path together to restore your spine!

I have been teaching Postural Gymnastics since I was a teen and through the years I have come to see the spine in a new light.

Like all parts of our body, our spine is continuously regenerating itself, this is very fundamental. It is good to keep in mind that our body speaks a special language to us, and symptoms are a way of our body to convey message like… "Hey .. look ... here you are going out of balance, out of self respect … I cannot follow you… !! " so to learn to tune to the damaged parts and to listen to them, it s very important that we decide to walk a path of cooperation, integration and of self-care.

Please before starting to use Yoga as a way to bring your Spine back to shape, it is very important you consult your doctor and follow the advice of a health professional.

From there you can start!

Make sure you have nearby 2 pillows and a yoga block to help to support in the poses. It is very important that you measure with your inner wisdom how much to stretch, I recommend always to star from the first class and take very it very easy… back problems as lombalgies and sciatica need extreme caution.

If you are experiencing pain white practicing I would recommend to slow your page and repeat class 1 and 2 until the pain relieves itself.

If this is something you experience from time to time, this work will help to make your spine more "fluent, healthy, and stronger ...

I also recommend to keep a journal to write down what comes up during the meditations and visualizations, so that you can use these various parts of the puzzle to understand clearly what is the message your body is trying to send to you through the problem.

I have taught postural gym since my teens ... and I saw amazing changes happening in people of all ages, so i really know that it is possible for everybody.

The course has been formulated to support people who have postural Disorder and want to bring back their bodies to a correct posture.

It is something possible for everybody, the only thing you need is determination. Perhaps you have never considered doing Yoga or Gym, but now you are realizing you want to have a better body, fitter .. and you want to Enjoy your life more, by moving better!

This is very positive!

Ok to start .. please make sure with your doctor that it is ok for you to do exercise, especially after injuries, you best check.

Take care you have all you need by hand, like a yoga block, a pillow, a little blanket for the relaxing end.

Please follow the numeration of the classes starting from 1.
